Welcome to KlikDeal. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, making a booking, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Platform Role — Marketplace Only

KlikDeal is an online marketplace platform that connects vehicle rental agencies and owners ("Providers") with individuals seeking to rent vehicles ("Renters").

KlikDeal is not a rental company, vehicle operator, or fleet owner. We do not own, lease, operate, maintain, inspect, or control any vehicles listed on the platform. We do not employ or supervise any Providers. We do not set rental prices, terms, or conditions.

KlikDeal does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Provider's business licenses, permits, insurance coverage, qualifications, or the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed on the platform. Renters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into a rental agreement with any Provider.

KlikDeal is not a party to any rental agreement. The rental contract is formed exclusively between the Renter and the Provider. KlikDeal's role is limited to providing the technology platform that enables Providers to list vehicles and Renters to discover and book them.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Bookings

When a Renter submits a booking through the platform, it constitutes a request to rent a vehicle from the Provider. The booking may be subject to Provider confirmation, availability, and any additional requirements set by the Provider.

KlikDeal facilitates the booking process but does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any listing information. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, vehicle descriptions, availability, and rental terms.

5. Payments and Fees

All rental payments are arranged and settled directly between the Renter and the Provider. KlikDeal does not collect, process, hold, or guarantee any rental payments. Payment terms, methods, deposits, and security holds are determined solely by the Provider.

KlikDeal may, at its discretion, introduce or modify a service fee for use of the platform. If a service fee applies, it will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Any such service fee is for the use of the KlikDeal platform only and is separate from the rental payment owed to the Provider.

KlikDeal is not responsible for any payment disputes, overcharges, unauthorized charges, or refund requests between Renters and Providers. Such matters must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation terms for the rental itself are determined by each Provider. Renters should review the Provider's cancellation policy before confirming a booking and contact the Provider directly for any cancellation-related matters. KlikDeal is not a party to the rental agreement and is not responsible for cancellation charges, refunds, or disputes between Renters and Providers.

Where KlikDeal charges a platform service fee, the refund policy for that fee will be displayed at the time of booking and may differ from the Provider's own cancellation terms. KlikDeal reserves the right to set and modify its service fee refund policy at any time. The applicable policy at the time of booking will govern.

No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation) are subject to the Provider's own policy. KlikDeal bears no responsibility for no-show charges or consequences.

7. Provider Responsibilities

By listing a vehicle on KlikDeal, Providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date listing information (vehicle details, pricing, availability, rental terms)
  • Ensure all listed vehicles are properly registered, insured, and roadworthy as required by applicable law
  • Maintain vehicles in safe operating condition
  • Hold all necessary licenses and permits to operate a vehicle rental business
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Honour confirmed bookings and communicate promptly with Renters
  • Handle all payments, deposits, refunds, and financial matters directly with Renters

8. Renter Responsibilities

By booking a vehicle through KlikDeal, Renters agree to:

  • Hold a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being rented and meet all requirements specified by the Provider
  • Provide accurate personal and booking information
  • Treat rented vehicles with reasonable care and return them in the condition received, subject to normal wear and tear
  • Comply with the Provider's rental terms, including mileage limits, fuel policies, and geographic restrictions
  • Report any damage or incidents to the Provider immediately
  • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
  • Settle all payments, fines, tolls, and charges arising from the rental directly with the Provider

9. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KlikDeal, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

  • The condition, safety, legality, quality, or suitability of any vehicle listed on the platform
  • Any accident, injury, death, property damage, or loss occurring during or in connection with a rental
  • Any dispute, claim, or disagreement between a Renter and a Provider
  • Any payment, overcharge, unauthorized charge, deposit, or refund issue between a Renter and a Provider
  • Vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, or unavailability
  • Late returns, no-shows, or cancellation charges imposed by Providers
  • Theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or personal property
  • Insurance claims, coverage disputes, or excess charges
  • Traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during a rental
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, review, or user-provided content on the platform
  • Any loss of data, business interruption, or platform downtime
  • Any acts, omissions, conduct, or negligence of any Provider, Renter, or third party

KlikDeal provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform, its content, or the services provided by Providers through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KlikDeal, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the platform or any services obtained through the platform
  • Any rental agreement or transaction between you and another user
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform

11. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from a rental transaction are strictly between the Renter and the Provider. KlikDeal is not a party to any rental agreement and has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users.

KlikDeal may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, offer to assist in facilitating communication between parties in a dispute. Any such assistance does not make KlikDeal a party to the dispute, does not constitute legal advice, and does not create any liability or obligation on the part of KlikDeal.

12. Intellectual Property

The KlikDeal platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of KlikDeal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

By posting content on the platform (including listings, photos, and reviews), you grant KlikDeal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform.

13. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. KlikDeal is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or interruptions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 9 (Disclaimer of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 11 (Dispute Resolution).

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the jurisdiction where KlikDeal is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms that involve KlikDeal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
